been back home a couple days now, overwhelmed with the full-blown summer and the hot hot heat. i thought it was warm in ireland... i was wrong. tonight it finally rained a little and the evening cooled down somewhat.
there's still a bazillion photos to post from my trip, especially from the botanic gardens in dublin and the howth peninsula. but i also want to share home stuff already! i need some more time to pull myself together, though. add sunburn to the top photo and constant sneezing due to sudden pollen exposure, and that's what ails me. and homesickness of course, for my other home over the seas... this is what it will be like for me now, always torn between two places.
but seriously, who comes back from an irish holiday with a suntan?
and also, how am i supposed to sleep when the sun never sets?
