i'm in a state of jitters and imaginary critters running up and down my pants -- taking turns in dreading and being all giggly about traveling. oh, the anticipation! i will not be finishing the cardigan in time. i would have, had i knitted every day, but i self-sabotaged the project. i wanted grey. now i'm a little torn whether or not i should unravel, because i see the yarn in a different garment, but i'm past halfway on it already... the socks i was planning on taking along anyway, for knitting on the road. nothing has emerged from the fabric bag either. april turned out to be all talk and no action. oh well.
inspired by luminen i made an etsy treasury after a long while. my father opened a shop there today, so i included one of his works but then went on a completely girly (and a little naughty) tangent based on the colour palette. doing something completely unnecessary during times of stress is somehow very helpful with my mental health.
