the heat has seeped into the house now, my cool haven is gone. tomorrow's forecast promised some thunderstorms, hopefully they'll clear the air. i'm not cut out for this kind of summer.

for some reason i keep having dreams of bottle-fed rescue kittens. usually mixed within nightmares. i wonder what that is all about.
